Conditions of participation in VI International textile - industrial Forum "Golden ring"

Dear participants and guests of the Forum!

Registration at the Forum as a participant including:

  • 1participant's badge,
  • participation in all business and cultural events of Forum’s program, except events of special invitations,
  • dateware,
  • handout package,
  • visiting of exhibition exposition,
  • coffee break.

Registration at the Forum as a stand- assistant (the number at the stand is unlimited) — including:

  • stand- assistants' badges and a possibility of movement along the exhibition territory.
  • Equipped area is 5000 rubles for square meter.

Non — equipped and open areas — the cost is submitted with organizes to individual order.
Equipped area is including in: the tent roof, rigid walls (in concurrence), lighting, cleaning, guard, fascia inscription, a table and two chairs.

Non — equipped area is including: separate section on the Forum’s exhibition territory with a possibility of mounting of own tent roof, cleaning and guard.

Open area is including: separate section on the Forum’s exhibition territory without a possibility of mounting of own tent roof, cleaning and guard.

Application for participation you can send Forum’s organizers to fill in application form in division «For participants«, or send it by fax (4932) 42-33-50, 47-39-18, 30-89-66.

An agreement is concluded with each organization — participant of the Forum and it is a confirmation and guarantee of participation.
Date of payment is the date of transferring cash assets for organizes' account.

For all participants: accommodation, personal transport services, additional organization of individual cultural program are paid separately.

All the questions, emerging in connection with participation organization at the Forum, you can address to Ivanovo State Fund for Support of Microentrepreneurship and also to Economic and trade Development Department of Ivanovo region.
